Farfalle Indiavolate

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, chopped
½ onion
2 roasted bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow)
4 sausage links (take out of casing)
½ lb mushrooms
4 peeled tomatoes
8 oz heavy cream
1 lb farfalle
Hot chili pepper flakes to taste (indiavolate)
Directions
Stir fry onion, sausage (crumble), peppers, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and salt.
Cover with water and let it cook 30 minutes.
Add heavy cream, bring to a boil and simmer.
Cook pasta and drain. Add sauce to the pasta, add cheese and buon appetito.
