Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 cans artichoke hearts
1½ cups mayo
1½ cups parmesan cheese
Directions
Drain, squeezed and finely chop artichokes
Mix until well blended with mayo and parmesan.
Put in a 10 × 10 baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
Serve hot with water crackers.
