Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts

  • 1½ cups mayo

  • 1½ cups parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Drain, squeezed and finely chop artichokes

  2. Mix until well blended with mayo and parmesan.

  3. Put in a 10 × 10 baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.

  4. Serve hot with water crackers.
